CORROSION RESISTANCE

Description
Alloy 625 is a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy that is used for its high resistance, high tenacity, high corrosion and oxidation resistance.
The strength of 625 alloy comes from molybdenum’s and niobium’s hardening effect on its nickel-chromium matrix.
Although the alloy was developed to resist high temperatures, its high alloy composition provides a high level of general corrosion resistance.
Recommended for use in marine environments.
