Hastelloy® C-4 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with exceptional stability in high temperatures.
It has high ductility and corrosion resistance.
Its resistance at high temperatures up to 1038 °C makes it suited to most chemical process applications, excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance and high-temperature oxidisation resistance.
Exceptional resistance to a wide range of chemical process environments including contaminated hot mineral acids, solvents, chlorine, formic and ascetic acid, and salted water.
