Adriatica Molle produces sheared and shaped springs, in tape and strip with thicknesses from 0.10 mm up to 2.00 mm.
The design, development and construction of the equipment are performed internally, using specific software and machines.
Carbon, stainless steel and other related materials, such as bronze, nickel silver, constantan, are the standard materials used for these types of springs. For specific projects and particular applications we also produce springs in special materials such as Duratherm, Inconel 718, Inconel 750 and others.
According to the needs and uses, surface treatments such as sandblasting, tumbling, oiling or galvanic and painting treatments can be performed.
The main applications of these springs concern the sectors of spare parts, mechanics in general, model making, toys, electronics, lighting, food, fashion, objects, intercom, biomedical, and others.
Today in particular we will see them applied to lighting.
One of our historical customers, in addition to other large lighting companies, is iGuzzini, which produces indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures. To date, it is the first Italian company in the lighting sector, as well as one of the most important in Europe.

Body and heads are made of polycarbonate, the internal structure in aluminum and steel sheet.
The stainless steel clips / springs for the attachment of the heads were produced and, always with the same material, the quick-connect terminal block for the application of the same both in suspension and on the wall.
Generally in the lighting bodies the springs are not seen but they are an indispensable element to understand a whole series of accessories, such as lenses, optics, diffusers and others.
The application of springs in the lighting bodies also determines the simplicity of installation and maintenance, with various clip-effect functions, without forgetting the possibility of increasing or improving the IP protection degree.
In this case the spring is that detail that reinvents the design.
